Dan Weeks Paints...
Mr. Stasiuk, the first two photos are my attempt at painting a scene. The original is the first, as you can see. The downtown picture of Vancouver is one that I simply did by using commands, i.e. filters…pretty easy to do.
The second picture is that of a “Sister of Pepetual Indulgence” from a parade here in Portland. I painted this several years ago when I was just goofing...

Question... How do you convert a bitmap into a...
Why? You need to enlarge a tiny graphic to print it on a very large display or photograph.
If you “up-rez” or enlarge the pixel image it’ll print pixelated, not smooth with no jaggies as seen above…
You really don’t want to do this in Photoshop unless the image you are up-rezing is mono-colored…

Animation: adding new elements
Okay, now we have a bunch of tweens… but, you’ll notice that the layers palette looks a bit strange… There is only one layer and maybe layer(s) labeled frame 1 and frame 2…
The Next Step: In the animation palette, select ALL the frames In the Layer Palette Delete Frame 1 and Frame 2 (In the layers palette ONLY) and turn off the eyeball for the background layer (click it)...
